Our Builders
We're extremely selective about who we have work in your home.
Our builders have been vetted before they're invited to tender for your project.
At recruitment, our screening process for builders included three checkpoints:
1. Registered & Qualified.
You'll know they're qualified, up to the mark and deliver Australian construction standards. Each builder is registered and demonstrates a high standard of work - including keeping their workplace (your home) tidy.
2. The Right Attitude.
Past experience proves that happy, friendly, communicative people onsite make for a better quality outcome. They're also more reliable and take pride in their work.
We excluded 'tough guys', because we wanted friendly, co-operative operators who comprehend the needs of those around them.
This is a key ingredient in making your renovation project run smoothly.
3. Good Character.
You'll know they're reputable because each person on Makeover Group projects has undergone a police check when we originally took them on. We also spoke with their past employers/clients to check their references and get to know more about them.
We took this approach because while it may be our workplace, it's your home.
