How Much Does A Home Renovation Cost?
To begin with, consider your wants, needs and how you will use your home in future years. Does the whole house need an overhaul? Are you after a small-scale extension or a full first floor? Is it simply the renovation hotspots kitchen and bathrooms that require updating?

Luxury Bathroom - From $28k to $35K
Think a modern look with all the must-haves and potential layout redesign too. This includes: demolishing bathroom back to the framing, re-tiling of floors and shower/bath cavity (using ceramic or porcelain tiles), new shower recess, replacing and relocating (adds to cost) tap fittings, new custom-made vanity with reconstituted-stone benchtop
Premium Bathroom $35K+
This ultimate bathroom renovation can be anything you wish - a luxury space or a retreat-style oasis. It involves refitting the whole space: demolishing back to framing; a layout redesign; adding new features (spa bath or oversized shower); recladding walls and waterproofing walls/floors (in accordance with Australian standards); re-tiling floors and shower/bath cavity to ceilings (using premium-quality natural stone tiling); updating to a frameless shower screen for a walk-in style shower; replacing/relocating tap fittings to a high-quality modern version; a custom-made vanity with reconstituted-stone benchtop, vinyl-wrap flat-panel doors and soft-closing drawers.
